06:25 AM EDT, 05/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We increase our 12-month target price by $2 to $226, or 18.5x our 2026 EPS estimate, which is a premium to LHX's three-year avg. forward P/E of 16.5x and a smaller premium to peers, which are trading at an avg. forward P/E of 18.0x. We decrease our 2025 EPS estimate by $3.11 to $10.89 and our 2026 EPS forecast by $2.83 to $12.22. LHX posts Q1 adj. EPS of $2.41 vs. $2.25, $0.09 above consensus; Q1 sales fell 1.5% Y/Y and missed consensus by 1.8%. The revenue decline was mostly due to the divestiture of its antenna business from Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) in Q2 2024 and the Aerojet Ordnance Tennessee, Inc. (AOT) business from Aerojet Rocketdyne (AR) in Q4 2024. Excluding these divestitures, organic revenue remained flat, with growth in Communications Systems (CS) and AR offset by lower volumes in Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) and challenges in SAS. LHX also completed the divestiture of its Commercial Aviation Solutions business, which led to an update in its 2025 guidance.
