11:50 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We increase our 12-month target to $224 from $180, on peer premium and above historical (3-year forward average at about 26x) P/E of 28x and shifting to our '27 EPS view, which we initiate at $8.00. We keep our '25 EPS estimate at $5.69 and '26 at $6.92. We are growing more optimistic about TXN's position from a cyclical perspective, with industrials witnessing its first quarter of sequential growth in nearly two years during Q1, and we now see signs of broader sustainability given the more favorable tariff landscape. Accordingly, we expect the cyclical recovery to gain traction following inventory digestion over the last two years, led by a recovery within autos/industrials and supported by an attractive content growth story in the long term. We also believe TXN is poised to see improving margins/FCF as volume from higher margin businesses improve, utilization rebounds from low levels, and elevated capital spending begins to ease (70% through a major capex spend cycle that we see sharply curtailing in '26).
