Oct 28, 2025 11:07 AM

01:30 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We increase our 12-month target price by $16 to $121, as we assume ATI will trade at an EV/EBITDA of 16.0x our 2027 EBITDA estimate, above ATI's trailing-12-month average forward EV/EBITDA of 13.2x (trailing-six-month average of 14.7x), but well below the peer (areospace suppliers) average forward EV/EBITDA of 23.5x. We raise our 2025 EPS estimate by $0.05 to $3.16, keep 2026's at $3.89 and raise 2027's by $0.04 to $4.60. ATI delivered exceptional Q3 results, with adjusted EPS of $0.85 (vs $0.74 consensus), raising full-year guidance across all metrics. Aerospace & defense (A&D) reached a milestone 70% of revenue, up from 62% a year ago, due to 21% A&D growth, including 51% defense expansion. Record HPMC margins of 24.2% and strong 20% consolidated EBITDA margins demonstrate the power of ATI's transformation. The company generated $299M operating cash flow YTD (up $273M Y/Y), while executing $470M in share repurchases, with jet engine order book extending into mid-2027.
