Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Strong Buy Opinion On Shares Of Pinterest
Aug 8, 2025 6:49 AM

09:30 AM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We lift our 12-month target to $43 from $38, on P/E of 18x but shift to our newly initiated 2027 EPS view of $2.39, near peers. We adjust our 2025 EPS estimate to $1.72 from $1.79 and keep 2026's at $2.12. Despite the sell-off to PINS shares after Q2 results/Q3 guide that was largely in-line with our views, we believe nothing has changed to the story. Valuation remains enticing at less than 15x our 2027 view (14x net cash) and our outlook remains for low-to-mid-teens revenue growth through 2027 as the company looks to strike a healthy balance between growing its top-line and investing in AI initiatives. We think international growth remains a major opportunity, while we see greater potential to monetize the installed base, as we see continuous growth in ARPU (although greater mix to international a headwind). We like expanded AI capabilities to PINS's ad delivery models, which is helping to support a reduction in cost-per-action and increase in click-through rates, and greater shoppable ad content for users.
