Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Strong Buy Opinion On Shares Of Salesforce Inc.
May 29, 2025 7:40 AM

10:10 AM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We keep our 12-month target at $375, on a P/E of 30x our CY 2026 EPS view of $12.50, above peers, but well below CRM's three- and five-year historical averages of about 28x and 42x, respectively, to reflect concerns from investors about the potential AI will have on its core subscription business. We raise our FY 26 (Jan.) EPS estimate to $11.30 from $11.10 and FY 27 to $12.58 from $12.50. Although CRM posted a largely in-line print for Apr-Q, with forward upside entirely driven by a more favorable currency landscape (weaker dollar), improvement in bookings was a bright spot. Remaining performance obligations grew 13% to $60.9 billion, helping drive current bookings to rise 12% to $29.6 billion, which we think will help allow CRM to meet/exceed revenue expectations in the coming quarters. We think the combination of the improving bookings with stabilization in revenue growth and good traction from Agentforce/Data Cloud provides a compelling set up given where valuations currently reside (22x our CY 2026 view).
