Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Strong Buy Opinion On Shares Of Salesforce, Inc.
Oct 14, 2025 10:15 PM

12:55 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

SF unveiled Agentforce 360 at its second annual Dreamforce event, an evolution of its Agentic AI platform. Agentforce 360 allows developers to create custom objects/flows using natural language, offers new metadata/data deployment capabilities, and supports voice-based interactions. SF also announced a major OpenAI partnership that includes Agentforce 360 in ChatGPT, OpenAI models in SF, Agentforce Commerce with Instant Checkout, and ChatGPT/Codex in Slack. We think new announced pricing options with greater flexibility are critical ($0.15 per voice per action, flex credits pricing of $0.10 per action, and an unlimited employee per month offering) while positioning Slack as an agentic operating system between humans and AI agents. At the keynote, Benioff and team did a great job bringing industry leaders together to demonstrate how Agentforce 360 is helping support sales/lift productivity. We remain believers that Agentforce 360 will be an extension of SF's existing offerings and a potential SaaS winner.
