Research Alert: CFRA Reiterates Buy Opinion On Shares Of Visteon Corporation
Oct 23, 2025 8:36 AM

11:20 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We maintain a 12-month target of $135, based on a 2026 P/E of 14.0x, a steep discount to historic averages. We maintain our adjusted EPS estimates of $9.20 for 2025 and $9.65 for 2026. We also introduce 2027 at $10.45. Following VC's Q3 earnings beat, we are reiterating our Buy opinion on the shares. While we think the slight weakness is the stock is a reflection of the fact the company merely maintained 2025 guidance, we think the guidance likely incorporates some conservatism. Importantly, VC's sales backlog continues to grow, as it launched 28 new products across ten OEMs and secured $1.8B in new business during Q3. We view these numbers as reflecting VC's focus on higher-growth segments of the auto parts and equipment space. VC possesses one of the strongest balance sheets among auto suppliers ($459M of net cash as of 9/30/25) and we view its recent decisions to initiate a dividend and opportunistically repurchase stock as positives, although it didn't buy back any shares in Q3. VC remains a top pick.
