01:20 PM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target to $48 from $36, based on 13.5x our FY 27 (Jul.) EPS estimate, a justified early-cycle premium to WGO's 10-year average forward P/E of 12.4x. We lower our FY 26 EPS estimate to $2.50 from $3.00 and introduce FY 27's at $3.55. We think WGO's earnings release confirmed our investment thesis, namely that its earnings have troughed and growth is likely to be material over the next few years. The midpoint of WGO's FY 26 guidance implies Y/Y adjusted EPS growth of 41% from the $1.67 earned in FY 25. However, we believe the guidance could prove conservative in a lower oil price/interest rate environment and forecast 50% earnings growth in FY 26 followed by an additional 42% in FY 27. Still, our FY 27 EPS estimate of $3.55 would be less than one-third of the $13.81 the company earned at the peak of the Covid-19 RV upcycle in FY 22 (the stock peaked at ~$88 in March 2021). We continue to think the RV market is in the early stages of a recovery and WGO's upside potential is significant.
