02:55 PM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target by $1 to $53, based on a 7x 2026 EV/EBITDA multiple (from 8x 2025 EBITDA), in line with the three-year average forward multiple. We lower our 2025 EPS estimate to $4.38 from $4.64 and 2026's to $4.58 from $5.12. Attendance improved in Q2 (+0.8% Y/Y) but PRKS will see heightened competition in Orlando, Florida, a key market for the company, due to Universal's opening of Epic Universe in May this year. Our estimates reflect improved attendance, potentially due to higher tourism in Orlando, but also partly due to promotional pricing. Per capita admissions fell 3.9% in Q2 and it remains to be seen how aggressive management will get on this front. We like the company's 40.6% adjusted EBITDA margins in 2024, but pressure on per capita revenue translated to margin declines (-180 bps Y/Y in Q2). Still, we see this level of margin as one of the best in the industry. Our opinion remains Hold, considering PRKS trades in line with its 7x three-year average forward EBITDA.
