Research Alert: CFRA Reiterates Sell Opinion On Shares Of Domino's Pizza Inc.
Jul 21, 2025 12:02 PM

02:30 PM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We lower our 12-month target price by $27 to $404, 23x our 2026 EPS estimate (from 25x our 2025 EPS view), a discount to its 26x three-year average forward multiple. We raise our 2025 EPS estimate to $17.25 from $17.24 and lower 2026's to $17.58 from $17.73. Management reiterated its +3% U.S. comparable sales growth target in 2025 on confidence in demand aggregators and menu innovations driving accelerated growth and market share gains. Our revised 2025 EPS estimates reflect stronger-than-expected comparable sales recovery following Q1's negative U.S. comps. We expect international comps in the low single digits, led by India, Mexico, and Canada. But we feel the lift from these drivers in Q2 was somewhat disappointing. Consensus estimates call for low double-digit EPS growth in 2026, which is overly optimistic, in our view, given DPZ's clear slowdown in top-line growth over the past three years and a potential for margin erosion on third-party platforms. Thus, we reiterate our Sell opinion.
