04:48 PM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AGM Group ( AGMH ) said Friday it was informed by Nasdaq on June 18 that the company had regained compliance with the $1 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The compliance follows a June 9 decision by the Nasdaq hearings panel, which had granted AGM an extension to meet the requirement by June 16.

The company's shares were up 45% in after-hours activity.
