Alexandria Real Estate Equities Q3 AFFO, Revenue Fall; Full Year AFFO Guidance Lowered

04:54 PM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Alexandria Real Estate Equities ( ARE ) reported Q3 adjusted funds from operations late Monday of $2.22 per share, down from $2.37 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.31.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 fell to $751.9 million from $791.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $746.8 million.

The company lowered the midpoint of its 2025 outlook for adjusted funds from operations by $0.25 to $9.01 from $9.26 previously. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $9.22.

The company's shares were off 2.1% in recent after-hours activity.
