The Trade: Alphabet Inc. ( GOOG ) CEO Sundar Pichai sold a total of 22,500 shares at an average price of $160.63. The insider received around $3.61 million from selling those shares.

What's Happening: Alphabet's Google ( GOOG ) won its appeal against the European Commission’s €1.49 billion ($1.66 billion) antitrust fine for anticompetitive practices involving its online search advertising business.

Williams-Sonoma

The Trade: Williams-Sonoma, Inc. ( WSM ) President and CEO Laura Alber sold a total of 40,000 shares at an average price of $145.27. The insider received around $5.8 million from selling those shares.

What's Happening: On Sept. 16, TD Cowen analyst Max Rakhlenko maintained Williams-Sonoma ( WSM ) with a Buy and raised the price target from $150 to $160.
