Here's a list of the stocks to watch out for today

Essar Steel: The Ahmedabad bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has considered the second round of bids for Essar Steel to be invalid.

Reliance Industries: Reliance Industries and BP Plc said the project to develop "satellite clusters" in the KG D6 block had been sanctioned, and that the companies were moving ahead with gas production from the fields.

Fortis: Mumbai-based Radiant Life Care, backed by buyout firm KKR, entered the bidding fray as the fifth bidder.

UltraTech, Binani Cement: Aditya Birla group firm UltraTech Cement told the Kolkata bench of NCLT that the process followed by the Resolution Professional and the Committee of Creditors while evaluating the bids for Binani Cement was "fraudulent.

Nestle, Unilever: The companies are likely to forgo price increases to push products in markets.

Tata Steel: Thyssenkrupp's joint venture with Tata Steel is expected to be finalised by the end of this year.

Cyient: The company's share will rise relative to index over next 60 days, a Morgan Stanley report said. The reading comes after the firm posted a positive result with the net profit up 16.2% to Rs 121.5 crore.

TCS: After a positive quarterly earning result, CLSA upgraded their target price to Rs 3,700 from the earlier Rs 3,250.

Aurobindo Pharma: The pharma company got the US FDA approval for anti-inflammatory drug, Ibuprofen (100mg/5 ml).

Dr Reddy's: The pharma firm got the US FDA nod for the allergy drug, levocetrizine drug (5 mg).
