Aurora Cannabis Up 1.5% in U.S. Pre-market After Launching Two Products in Poland
Jun 24, 2025 5:31 AM

08:04 AM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aurora Cannabis ( ACB ) rose 1.5% at last look Tuesday in Nasdaq pre-market trading after saying it launched two new proprietary varieties in Poland.

Aurora said its varieties are the highest potency medical cannabis products available in the country. The first cultivar available on June 30 for prescription is Farm Gas, followed by Sourdough, which will be available in early August, Aurora said. The dried medical cannabis products are farmed in the company's Canadian GACP and EU-GMP facilities.

"As a result of our cutting-edge genetic breeding program, we're best positioned to introduce these tried-and-true proprietary cultivars into the Polish market with assurance in quality and excellence," said Michael Simon, vice president of commercial at Aurora Europe. "We recognize that prescribers are looking for high-quality, high potency medical cannabis products for their patients, and we're proud to offer superior products with proven success in the Canadian market."
