Special Purpose Acquisition Companies or SPAC listings are a big deal. These companies, listed in the US are gaining huge traction. They are popularly known as 'Blank Checks' and raised over $80 billion in the US in 2020.

To discuss the benefits of SPAC listing, CNBC-TV18's Nisha Poddar gets in conversation with Vivek Gupta, partner and head of M&A and PE Tax at KPMG India; Naveen Asopa, MD of Raine Group and Puja Sondhi, partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
