Tata Motors: The company reported Q4FY20 loss at Rs 9,894.25 crore versus profit at Rs 1,117.5 crore while revenue at Rs 62,493 crore versus Rs 86,422 crore, YoY.

Axis Bank: The bank’s Executive Director and Head of Retail Banking, Pralay Mondal has resigned from his position.

Lakshmi Vilas Bank: The bank may get Rs 1,200- Rs 1,500 crore of investment from AION Capital-backed NBFC Clix Capital, if the proposed transaction goes through, people aware of the matter told CNBC-TV18.

Aurobindo Pharma: The company has received USFDA approval for Fluoxetine Hydrochloride tablets, used to treat the depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc.

Can Fin Homes: The company reported Q4FY20 profit at Rs 90.91 crore versus Rs 66.14 crore and revenue at Rs 528.85 crore versus Rs 462.93 crore, YoY.

Ashoka Buildcon: The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 134.55 crore in Q4FY20 as against a net loss of Rs 10.23 crore in the year-ago period. Total income fell to Rs 1,609.12 crore from Rs 1,624.04 crore, YoY.
