Aurobindo Pharma: Aurobindo Pharma said its subsidiary Auro Vaccines LLC has entered into a pact to acquire research and development assets from Profectus BioSciences Inc USA for an upfront cash consideration of $11.29 million and the indicative time period for completion of this acquisition is first half of 2020.

Ashoka Buildcon: The company received Letter of Award for development of Bundelkhand Expressway Project in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC Basis. The accepted bid value of the project is Rs 1,079.52 crore.

HDFC Bank: The board of HDFC Bank, India’s largest private lender, has formed a search committee to identify a successor to managing director Aditya Puri. Puri's tenure ends on October 26, 2020.

Hinduja Global Solutions: The company entered into a definitive agreement for sale of its India domestic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business to Altruist India Pvt Ltd for a cash consideration of Rs 40 crore, subject to adjustments.

CG Power & Industrial Solutions: The company has cancelled royalty pact worth Rs 411.2 crore with Avantha Holdings.

Kohinoor Foods: Oriental Bank of Commerce declared the company as wilful defaulters as per RBI guidelines.

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd: Arbitration Tribunal gave an award for Rs 492 crore for a claim filed against NHAI by Bangalore Elevated Tollway Pvt Ltd (BETPL). IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has 24% stake in BETPL and is entitled to approx. Rs 118 crore from the total claim awarded by the tribunal.

Indiabulls Housing Finance: While on the one hand, MCA's inspection report has found no signs of foul play in the loans cited by the PIL, on the other hand, there are other violations that have surfaced.

BEML: The company appointed R Panneer Selvam as Director (Human Resources) on board of the company.

Khadim India: The company redeemed commercial paper of an aggregate amount of Rs 30 crore.

Adani Gas: CCI has given approval to the acquisition of 37.4 percent shareholding and joint control by Total Group.
