Wipro |The IT major reported a dollar revenue growth of 3.7 percent at $1,992.4 million in Q2FY21 as against $1,921.6 million, QoQ. Management expects dollar revenue growth at 1.5-3.5 percent in Q3. Net profit rose 3.1 percent to Rs 2,465.7 crore. The company approved share buyback of up to 23.75 crore equity shares worth Rs 9,500 crore via a tender offer at Rs 400 per share.

Infosys | The company will announce its earnings for the second quarter of fiscal 2021.

NTPC | The company will raise Rs 4,000 crore via the issue of NCDs.

Karnataka Bank | The bank has reported a profit of Rs 119.44 crore in Q2FY21 as against Rs 105.91 crore while net interest income increased to Rs 575 crore from Rs 498.7 crore, YoY.

Future Enterprises | The company has defaulted on payment of interest on NCDs worth Rs 15.14 crore which was due on October 12.

Wockhardt | The company’s board has approved the redemption of certain preference shares before its due date.

Punjab & Sind Bank | The bank has declared three NPA accounts worth Rs 133.46 crore as fraud and has already provided 100 percent as per the prescribed prudential norms.

SRF | The QIP committee of the company is scheduled to be held on October 16 to determine the issue price.

PNB Gilts | CRISIL has re-affirmed its credit rating of 'A1+' as assigned to its Rs 1,000 crore commercial paper program.

CSL Finance | The company’s board approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs 10 crore on a private placement basis.
