NTPC | The company will consider share buyback on November 2.

SBI | The bank has raised Rs 5,000 crore by issuing Basel-III compliant bonds.

HCL Technologies | The company has completed the acquisition of Cisco’s Self Optimizing Network (SON) Technology.

IRCTC | The government has appointed merchant bankers for a period of three years for disinvestment of stake in IRCTC through an offer for sale.

SpiceJet | The company will launch eight new flights between India and Bangladesh under the air bubble agreement between the two countries, starting November 5.

M&M Financial Services | The company’s net profit in Q2FY21 rose 20 percent to Rs 303.5 crore from Rs 251.8 crore while AUM increased to Rs 81,682 crore from Rs 72,732 crore, YoY.

Torrent Pharma | The company’s net profit in Q2FY21 rose 27 percent to Rs 310 crore from Rs 244 crore while revenue increased to Rs 2,017 crore from Rs 2,005 crore, YoY.

Future Lifestyle Fashions | CARE Ratings has downgraded the company’s credit facilities due to the weakening credit profile of the company on account of slower than envisaged ramp-up of sales, unavailability of additional working capital limits/COVID lines from lenders further deteriorating its stretched liquidity position.

Angel Broking | The company’s net profit in Q2FY21 jumped to Rs 74.5 crore from Rs 19.2 crore while revenue increased to Rs 309.8 crore from Rs 171.8 crore, YoY.

Finolex Industries | The company’s net profit in Q2FY21 rose 20 percent to Rs 122.8 crore from Rs 102.3 crore while revenue increased to Rs 585.8 crore from Rs 576.7 crore, YoY.

Earnings | Tata Motors, Bharti Airtel, CEAT, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Amara Raja Batteries, Castrol India, Suven Life Sciences, JM Financial, Nippon Life India Asset Management, among others.
