Indian shares are likely to extend Wednesday’s gains today as sentiment remained positive on hopes of fresh initiatives from the government to revive the automobile sector, which is facing its worst crisis in a decade. Additionally, positive cues from Asia on the back of the diminishing US-China trade tensions and rate cut hopes by major central banks, are likely to support the domestic market. Titan: ICRA has assigned "A1+" rating on the company's commercial paper worth Rs 900 crore.

SBI: The board has approved divestment of at least 3.5 percent stake in SBI Life through an offer for sale (OFS) route.

Srei Infra: Brickwork Ratings downgraded the ratings for the Non-Convertible Debentures, Perpetual Debt Instrument and Commercial Paper programme aggregating to Rs 5,327.07 crore.

Torrent Pharma: The company has received the credit rating of 'IND AA/Stable' by India Ratings and Research Private Limited for the proposed issue of Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs 300 crore.

Walchandnagar Industries: The company and Indian Space Research Organisation's Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) have entered into a contract whereby WIL will manufacture and supply 'Head, Middle and Nozzle End Segments'. The contract value is Rs 77.20 crore plus. | Unsplash

L&T Finance: The board of directors has approved the offer and issuance of up to 1,00,00,000 cumulative compulsorily redeemable non-convertible preference shares (CRPS) of the face value of Rs 100 on a private placement basis.

Dr Reddy's: The company announced the launch of Fosaprepitant for injection in the US market, approved by the USFDA.
