Deal volumes pick up in 2018, says Grant Thornton

According to a report by Grant Thronton, the first three months of 2018 saw transactions worth $22.5 billion taking place on Deal Street.

"There was a marginal increase in deal volumes. Deal values saw a 24 percent drop when compared to the first three months of 2017," said the report.

Pankaj Chopda, Director of Grant Thronton India, spoke on this report to CNBC-TV18.
