DIH Holdings US Receives Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

04:44 PM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- DIH Holdings US (DHAI) said late Friday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its annual Form 10-K for the period ended March 31 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares were down 3.7% during after-hours trading.
