Docebo Up More Than 2% in U.S. Pre-market as Warburg Funds Buy Common Shares

06:22 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Docebo ( DCBO ) rose more than 2% in pre-market U.S. trading after Warburg Pincus said its funds and investment vehicles had acquired 0.39% of the software company's issued and outstanding shares.

Warburg bought the 118,550 shares for $45.59 each for a total of $5.4 million. Warburg, which said it made the acquisition for investment purposes, now owns about 12% of Docebo ( DCBO ).
