05:44 PM EDT, 05/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EPAM Systems ( EPAM ) will join the S&P SmallCap 600, effective before the market opens next Tuesday, S&P Dow Jones Indices said late Wednesday.

EPAM Systems ( EPAM ) will replace Shutterstock ( SSTK ) , which is expected to be acquired in a deal that will close soon, according to the statement.

S&P Dow Jones Indices is a division of S&P Global ( SPGI ) .
