05:00 PM EDT, 04/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EPR Properties ( EPR ) has closed on six US parks representing the bulk of its $315 million purchase of a seven-park portfolio from Six Flags Entertainment ( FUN ) .
Enchanted Parks will operate the six properties under a long-term master lease, EPR said Monday in a statement.
The purchase of the La Ronde park located in Montreal, is expected to close in Q2 and will be run by La Ronde operations, EPR said.
The US parks are Valleyfair in Minnesota, Worlds of Fun in Missouri, Michigan's Adventure in Michigan, Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston in Texas, Six Flags St. Louis in Missouri, and Six Flags Great Escape in New York.
"This divestiture reflects Six Flags' disciplined approach to portfolio optimization and the decisive action we are taking to concentrate our capital and operational focus on properties with the greatest long-term growth potential," Six Flags CEO John Reilly said in a statement.
