05:33 PM EDT, 06/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- First Advantage ( FA ) will replace Kennedy-Wilson Holdings ( KW ) in the S&P SmallCap 600 before market open on June 16, S&P Dow Jones Indices said Thursday.

A consortium led by Kennedy-Wilson's CEO with Fairfax Financial is buying the firm in a deal expected to close soon, it said.
