The J. M. Smucker Company ( SJM ) raised its quarterly dividend from $1.06 to $1.08 per share. Smucker shares rose 0.02% to $113.18 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting BlackRock, Inc ( BLK ). to post quarterly earnings at $9.95 per share on revenue of $4.85 billion. The company will release earnings before the markets open. BlackRock ( BLK ) shares fell 0.1% to $827.50 in after-hours trading.

Lakeland Industries, Inc ( LAKE ). filed for a mixed shelf offering of up to $100 million. Lakeland Industries ( LAKE ) shares fell 1.5% to $22.60 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect FB Financial Corporation ( FBK ) to post quarterly earnings at 76 cents per share on revenue of $123.54 million after the closing bell. FB Financial ( FBK ) shares fell 1.5% to $40.97 in after-hours trading.
