Government may look to sell 3.5% stake in IRCTC via OFS

CNBC-TV18 has learnt that the government is working on launching an offer for sale (OFS) for IRCTC.

The government is likely to sell 3.5 percent stake and raise nearly Rs 3,000 crore via the OFS issue.

Axis Securities, Citi, Goldman Sachs, JM Financial have been appointed as bankers for the issue.
