Indian benchmark indices ended on a flat note on Friday. All sectors remained in the green territory, except for banking and energy sectors.

Sensex closed at 35,871.48, down by 26.87 points while Nifty closed at 10,791.70, up by 1.80 points. Also on Friday, around 1,602 shares advanced while 906 share declined, with 148 shares in the unchanged category.
In bulk deals conducted on February 22- ING Mauritius Investments I sold 5,84,53,476 shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank
at a price of Rs 1,225 per share aggregating to an amount of Rs 71,60,55,08,100 crore.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund sold 1,00,00,000 shares of IndInfravit Trust at a price of Rs 104.5 per share aggregating to an amount of Rs 1,04,50,00,000 crore.
L&T Transportation Infrastructure Ltd and YES Bank both sold 26,00,000 shares of IndInfravit Trust at a price of Rs 104.5 per share aggregating to an amount of Rs 27,17,00,000 crore.
Larsen & Toubro Ltd sold 6,62,00,000 shares of IndInfravit Trust at a price of Rs 104.5 per share aggregating to an amount of Rs 6,91,79,00,000 crore.
On the contrary, Omers Infrastructure Asia Holdings Pte. Ltd. bought 8,28,00,000 IndInfravit Trust at a price of Rs 104.5 per share aggregating to an amount of Rs 8,65,26,00,000 crore.
