The Indian stock market is expected to open lower on Thursday as SGX Nifty, an early indicator of the opening for the Nifty50, traded 53 points lower at 11,911.80, at 7:30 am, hinting at a negative start for the domestic market.

2. Bajaj Finserv: The company reported a profit decline to Rs 986 crore as against Rs 1,204 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. However, revenue rose to Rs 15,052 crore as compared to Rs 14,224 crore last year.
3. Tejas Networks: The company registered a profit of Rs 4.53 crore in Q2FY21 as against the loss of Rs 4.38 crore last year. Revenue also increased to Rs 110 crore from Rs 87.42 crore YoY.
