The Indian market is likely to open flat Thursday on mixed global cues. At 8:00 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 2.50 points or 0.02 percent higher at 13,984.00, indicating a flat start for the Sensex and Nifty50.

1. Adani Green Energy

: The company has commissioned a 100 megawatt (MW) solar power project at Khirsara in Gujarat.

2. Shriram Transport Finance: The company has approved and allotted senior secured rated, listed redeemable NCD of the face value of Rs 10 lakh each on a private placement basis.

3. Ansal Properties & Infrastructure: The company has agreed to sell its entire 66.24 percent stake in IT SEZ in Greater Noida to Migsun group.
