The Indian market is likely to open on a flat note Tuesday amid cautiousness in the Asian markets. At 8:00 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 12.50 points or 0.09 percent lower at 13,408.50, indicating a flat start for the Sensex and Nifty50.

Here are the top 10 buzzing stocks for today:

1. Titan Company

: The company has directed its Swiss subsidiary Favre Leuba AG to scale down operations substantially with immediate effect so that further investments from Titan to FLAG cease soon.

2. Canara Bank: The bank has launched QIP issue for up to Rs 2,000 crore at a floor price of 103.5 per share.

3. Coffee Day Enterprises: The company has appointed Malvika Hegde, wife of VG Siddhartha, as CEO.

4. Goa Carbon: The company’s production in November was up 58.8 percent at 14,309.200 MT as against 9,006.000 MT in October.

5. Cupid: The company has received a purchase order from Uttar Pradesh Medical Supplies Corporation Limited for the supply of "Covid - 19 Antigen Based Rapid Test Kits" worth Rs 8.27 crore.

6. SJVNL: The state-run power producer has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) for green energy projects.

7. NBCC (India): The state-owned construction firm said it has bagged contract worth Rs 325 crore in November.

8. Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals: Mukesh Puri, Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Gujarat, Urban Development & Urban Housing Department, has been appointed as Managing Director of the company.

9. HCC: The company has defaulted on payment of loan worth Rs 1,836.1 crore.

10. Ashiana Housing: The company repaid Rs 2.53 crore against partial redemption of NCDs.
