Here’s a look at buzzing stocks for trade on February 17

The Indian market is likely to in red on Wednesday as the trend on SGX Nifty indicates a negative start for the broader index in India. The Nifty futures were trading 32.25 points or 0.21 percent lower at the 15,227.50 level on the Singaporean Exchange at 6:38 am.

Here are the top 10 buzzing stocks for today:

L&T Finance Holdings | The company closed a rights issue of Rs 2,998.61 crore, which was oversubscribed by 15 percent.

Adani Ports | Adani Ports specified some Rs 10,000 crore to build a new gateway into Maharashtra, and acquired Dighi Ports for Rs 705 crore.

TVS Srichakra | The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tamil Nadu government to facilitate the investment program of Rs 1,000 crore.

Nestle India | The company reported a profit of Rs 483.3 crore in Q4CY20 against Rs 472.6 crore a year ago. Its revenue rose to Rs 3,432.6 crore from Rs 3,149.3 crore YoY.

Heritage Foods | Heritage Novandie Foods, a 50:50 joint venture company between Heritage Foods and Novandie in France started commercial production.

Infosys | The US subsidiary completed acquisition of a new automated business and underwriting platform from STEP Solutions.

Schaeffler | The company has declared a dividend of Rs38/share on face value of Rs 10/share.

Axis Bank | Axis Bank and its promoter United India Insurance Company have settled Sebi cases of alleged disclosure lapses and have paid more than Rs 51.5 lakh as total settlement amount.

Bajaj Electricals | ICRA has upgraded ratings of the company: A- to A for long term credit, A2+ to A1 for short term credit, and A- to A for NCDs.

ICICI Bank | ICICI Bank has entered into an agreement with fintech startup Thillais Analytical Solutions Pvt Ltd to buy 9.65 percent stake in the company.
