The Indian market is likely to open flat with a negative bias on Friday amid weak global cues. However, the second tranche of relief measures by the government could support gains in the market today. At 8:20 am, the SGX Nifty traded 10.35 points or 0.11 percent lower at 9,143.00, indicating a flat-to-negative start for the Sensex and Nifty50.
