The Indian market is likely to open flat with a negative bias on Friday amid weak global cues. However, the second tranche of relief measures by the government could support gains in the market today. At 8:20 am, the SGX Nifty traded 10.35 points or 0.11 percent lower at 9,143.00, indicating a flat-to-negative start for the Sensex and Nifty50.

Drug maker Cipla and domestic test kit manufacturer Next Gen Lifesciences are in talks with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) to get a license to manufacture the indigenously developed ELISA based antibody test kits.

2. Biocon: The company’s net profit in Q4FY20 fell 42percent to Rs 123 crore while revenue rose 6 percent to Rs 1,644 crore, YoY.

3. Unichem Labs: The company has received the Establishment Inspection Report from USFDA for APIs facility at Roha.

4. Aurobindo Pharma: The company and its promoters have settled an alleged insider trading case with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) by paying a settlement amount of around Rs 22 crore.
