Here's what driving the rally in Dixon Tech and Amber Enterprises stocks

Over past several weeks there has been vertical rally in the stocks of Dixon Technologies and Amber Enterprises India. One of the tailwinds for them is that perhaps the competition from China will recede.

CNBC-TV18’s Mangalam Maloo has done a bit of number crunching and analysis on the background of these two stocks, what is its tailwind and how valuations of both the companies stack up after fairly steaming rally in the past few months.

Stock Market Highlights: Indian equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty50 ended a choppy session with mild gains on Tuesday, putting an end to a three-day losing streak, amid a mixed trend in global markets. Gains in auto, metal, pharma and PSU banking shares pushed the headline indices higher, though losses in IT and oil & gas shares limited the upside. Broader markets weakened, with the Nifty Midcap 100 index falling 0.7 percent, and its smallcap counterpart dropping 1.7 percent.
