Hero MotoCorp | Shares of the company touched an intraday low of 3.88 percent and were the worst hit on Nifty50. However the shares ended 2.42 percent higher.

UPL | A fire broke out at the chemical company's Ankleshwar plant in Gujarat on Friday morning. The accident was reported at unit 1 of the company's plant. Post this, the stock ended 4.48 percent lower.

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company | Shares of the company ended 11.07 percent lower and were the biggest losers on Nifty500.

Voltas | Shares of Voltas tanked about 10 percent intraday after the company reported lower-than-expected numbers for the quarter ended March. The stock settled 7.71 percent lower.

Vardhman Textiles | The stock ended 8.40 percent higher and was the top gainer on Nifty500.
