Hexaware Technologies: Reverse book building for delisting ends today

Mid-sized IT services firm Hexaware Technologies delisting ends on Tuesday. Little over 7 crore shares are already been tendered in the reverse book building. The maximum bids have come in at Rs 475 per share.

The number to be watched would be 8.26 crore shares as that is the maximum that the company required to reach 90 percent which could mean they can go for a delisting.
