Jun 25, 2018 7:57 AM

Market is going to trade in the narrow band, said Anish Damania, Chief Executive Officer and Head-Institutional Equities of IDFC Securities.

Speaking to CNBC-TV18, he said most of the analysts this year is looking at a 24% growth for the Nifty and given the headwinds of continuous selling by the

foreign institutional investors (FII), gains are going to be restricted as far as the the Nifty target goes.

Damania said emerging markets have been seeing continuous withdrawal of funds from FIIs.

He believes that Motherson Sumi will continue to deliver good numbers.

However, Damania is positive on Dabur as it has delivered significant returns.
