Mitessh Thakkar on January 4: Buy Balrampur Chini & sell Voltas
Jan 4, 2019 12:15 AM

The latest analysis and commentary by stock market guru Mitessh Thakkar on what is moving the markets today. Check out his top stock recommendations.

He spoke at length about Balrampur Chini Mills, Voltas, Praj Industries, Bharti Infratel, Biocon and Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company.

“I have a buy in Balrampur Chini with a stop of Rs 105 and target of Rs 119. Voltas is a sell with a stop at Rs 538, look for targets of Rs 512,” he said.

“I have two buy calls and two sell calls. Biocon – there is some kind of negative expansion happening. So I would take a sell here with a stop at Rs 628.50 for targets of Rs 580. Cholamandalam has broken key levels, that is a sell with a stop at Rs 1,221 for targets of Rs 1,150. On the buy list, I have Infratel where we saw good candlestick pattern, good pricing volume action, so buy with a stop of Rs 265 for targets of Rs 284 and Praj Industries was a call yesterday as well but even at current levels, it is comfortable to accumulate in the range of Rs 120 to about Rs 123, keep a stop below Rs 115 and look for targets of Rs 136,” he added.
