Monday's top brokerage calls: Cipla, metals and more

Among brokerages, Credit Suisse raises the target price for Cipla while Nomura remained bullish on the stock after the company’s settlement for Revlimid Generic. Also, CLSA expects the rally in the metal stocks to continue in metals in the near term. Here are the top brokerage calls for Monday:

Credit Suisse on Cipla: The brokerage maintains an 'outperform' call on the stock and raised the target to Rs 885 per share from Rs 835 earlier. It believes Revlimid settlement gives the company certainty over cashflows and will boost its US sales run rate.

Nomura on Cipla: The brokerage maintains a 'buy' call on the stock with a target at Rs 861 per share after the company’s settlement for Revlimid Generic.

CLSA on Metals: The brokerage expects the rally to continue in metals in the near term. It raised target prices for Tata Steel, JSW Steel, Hindalco, and Vedanta.

Nomura on MFIs: The brokerage is positive on MFIs. It believes valuations are reasonable at current levels and there’s a huge opportunity in the MFI space over the next decade.
