The company is now a manufacturing partner for the NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip and GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip MGX server designs, the exchange filing said.

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Sanjay Lodha, CMD of Netweb Tech, expressed, "Our collaboration with NVIDIA marks a significant partnership focused on the production of server systems utilizing the advanced Grace and Grace Hopper Superchips. NVIDIA has consistently led the way in AI and GPU computing, fundamentally reshaping the dynamics of our world."

Netweb will build and produce more than 10 server variations under its Tyrone range of AI systems, which are used in a wide range of AI and high-performance computing and supercomputing applications.

The product range will also support a wide range of simultaneous workloads such as AI training, inference and 5G on a single system. It will also ensure seamless upgrades for upcoming hardware generations.

The initiative of Make-in-India by NVIDIA to support the PMO vision is a great beginning. It will bring locally manufactured cutting-edge technologies at par with global standards," Lodha was quoted as saying.

Netweb also said that the company's AI systems with NVIDIA's MGX will give a boost to the "Make in India" mission.

Last week, L&T Technology Services also announced a partnership with NVIDIA to boost medical imaging via Artificial Intelligence.

Infosys also partnered with NVIDIA in September for generative AI solutions to boost productivity. In the same month, NVIDIA had also partnered with Reliance Industries to develop India's own AI infrastructure and language model.

Shares of Netweb Technologies are locked in an upper circuit of 10% at ₹892.40 on Tuesday. Shares are trading 62% above its IPO price of ₹500 per share.
