01:47 PM EST, 03/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NKGen Biotech ( NKGN ) said Tuesday it expects its shares to be traded on the OTC Markets starting Wednesday following its delisting from Nasdaq.

The company said Nasdaq determined to delist its shares after the close of trading on March 4 due to its continued failure to comply with the market value rule.

NKGen said it has cancelled its 1-for-6 reverse stock split plan.

NKGen shares fell over 48% in recent trading.
