Nutrien's Share Price Up 1% Week over Week Amid Mixed Fertilizer Prices, RBC Capital Markets Says
Jun 24, 2024 8:38 AM

11:15 AM EDT, 06/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nutrien's ( NTR ) shares rose 1% over the past week as fertilizer prices continued to be mixed, RBC Capital Markets said in a note over the weekend.

RBC said fertilizer equities are firmly in the "summer doldrums" with limited interest while fertilizer prices continue to trade mixed and crop prices declined.

Phosphate prices continue to lead, with an ongoing recovery as demand has returned in a tight market, while nitrogen prices are turning lower seasonally.

Crop prices also continue to trade within a narrow range, RBC said.

Nutrien ( NTR ) shares were last seen up $0.60 to $71.25 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
