08:07 AM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Obsidian Energy ( OBE ) traded 1.6% lower at last look Friday in NYSE American pre-market trading after the company said its offer to purchase up to $48.4 million in outstanding 11.95% senior unsecured notes due July 2027 was undersubscribed.

Obsidian said only $1.4 million aggregate principal amount of the notes were validly tendered at the Aug. 12 deadline.

Upon completion of the offer, Obsidian said it has $110.8 million of notes outstanding.
