Answering to query on Petronet LNG, Dipan Mehta said, “Petronet LNG is a good stock to hold on to at present. We are observing that there is more and more consumption of gas within the nation and the infrastructure also has been set up and there is lot of conversion from liquid fuel to gas and that is benefiting Petronet LNG. It is bit of sellers market that as much of gas can be supplied is being observed, prices are also generally stable and companies which have invested in setting up a gas infrastructure are able to earn a decent return on their investments and there is also protection provided by the regulator as far as pricing is concerned so my sense is that he could remain invested in Petronet LNG for some more time.”
