Protean eGov Technologies (formerly known as NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure) is likely to finalise the share allotment for its initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday, November 9.

Investors who have bid for the ₹490 crore IPO can check the allotment status online at the BSE website or the website of the official registrar Link Intime India Private Ltd by following a few steps.

After the finalisation of the basis of allotment, those investors who have been selected will be allotted the shares on November 13. The refunds will be initiated on November 15 for investors who did not get the allotment, while shares will be credited to the demat accounts of successful bidders on November 16.

The shares of the company will get listed on the bourses on November 17.

The initial public offering (IPO) of Protean eGov Technologies, which was open for subscription for three days during November 6-8, was subscribed nearly 24 times.

The Rs 490 crore IPO was entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of 61.91 lakh equity shares. The price band for the IPO was fixed at a price band of Rs 752-792 per share.

The company, engaged in conceptualising, developing, and executing nationally critical and population-scale greenfield technology solutions, was set up as a depository in 1995. The firm created a systemically important national infrastructure for capital market development in India.

On November 3, the company collected a little over Rs 143 crore from anchor investors.

How to check share allotment status on BSE website

Investors can check the share allotment status through the official BSE website- https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx

After logging in to the BSE website, follow these steps:

1. Select the equity option and then issue the name ‘Protean eGov Technologies’ from the drop-down box.

2. Either enter the Application Number exactly or PAN (10-digit alphanumeric) number.

3. Click on the Captcha to verify and finally, click on the Search Button.
