Robinhood Markets Q4 Earnings Decline, Revenue Rise; Shares Fall After Hours

04:13 PM EST, 02/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Robinhood Markets ( HOOD ) reported fiscal Q4 net income late Tuesday of $0.66 per diluted share, down from $1.01 a year ago.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.63.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.28 billion, up from $1.01 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $1.36 billion.

The company repurchased $100 million of shares in Q4, representing approximately 0.8 million Class A shares at an average price of $119.86 per share.

Shares of the company were down 6.5% in after-hours trading.
