In corporate news, Amazon's ( AMZN ) motion to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit filed by Beyond's (BYON) Zulily unit was partially denied as the US District Court for the Western District of Washington rejected its claim that the plaintiff lacks antitrust standing. Amazon ( AMZN ) shares rose 0.3%, and Beyond jumped 15%.
Topgolf Callaway Brands ( MODG ) shares spiked over 12% after Jefferies upgraded the company's stock to buy from hold and raised its price target to $13 from $11.
Tesla (TSLA) vehicle deliveries fell in 2024 from a year earlier with Q4 figures missing Wall Street's forecasts. The stock fell 6.5%.
