Walt Disney ( DIS ) shares were up over 8% after the company reported higher fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue.
Tapestry (TPR) stock was more than 8% higher after the company said it has agreed with Capri Holdings ( CPRI ) to terminate their merger agreement amid regulator opposition to the deal. Capri Holdings ( CPRI ) shares were more than 5% lower premarket.
JD.com ( JD ) shares were down 0.8% even after the company reported higher Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue.
